ABOUT OUR CLUB CLASSES
FRAME uses an essential and systematic approach in exercise selection and modifications that will tone, condition, and strengthen the body. Cardiovascular Conditioning is the component that elevates your heart rate, increases your blood flow, builds endurance, and burns calories. FRAME uses various forms and methods to keep your body progressing
Training sessions are 50 minutes.
Sessions are modified to your goals and your fitness level.
Most classes are a combination of resistance training, core, and cardio conditioning

Private coaching with individualized workouts and focused intensity (50 mins)
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Shared private coaching with individualized workouts and focused intensity shared with 8-10 other members. Allows you to get a customized workout aligned with your fitness plan plus the benefits of peer support. (50 mins)
